We harvest our own tomatoes, strawberries, spring onions and fresh salads every summer, but this tops all of that!
For my birthday in February, my auntie sent me the most unique, cool present! (Probably among the top three most creative gifts I've ever received!) I put Mady in charge of handling the whole mushroom kit, since I was having a rough patch of migraines at that time. She did fabulously, and we are now enjoying the delicious harvest. We've even been researching the local mushroom scene and are inspired to gather wild ones too. I've been the lucky recipient of plenty of local wild mushrooms, enough to know they are worth hiking for! ...as if I needed hiking incentive. :)
